Our solution consists of a software composed of 2 parts:

a) Mobile scouting app: Mobile application that allows you to collect geo-located field data without the need for an internet connection. This app allows us to eliminate pencil and paper, making field evaluations more efficient and accurate.

b) Data visualization web platform: Platform that allows you to integrate and digitize all data collection in the field and from other systems. Through this platform, supervisors, administrators and advisors can view field data in real time, access reports, KPIs and graphs; and receive alerts to make informed decisions.

2. What is the purpose of the software? 

Make farm management simple and precise to create more efficient and profitable agriculture.

3. What does the software do?

a) Digitize farm operations: Eliminates pencil and paper making field data collection more efficient and accurate.

4. What are the key characteristics of the software?

a) Flexible: Our software adapts to each agricultural operation and is highly customizable. It integrates with other systems and databases to develop customized solutions that generate greater impact.

b) Reliable: The data collected through our software is extremely precise, it may have a factor of human error, but not technological.

c) Safe: We store all data on AWS cloud servers, which follow extensive cybersecurity protocols.

5. What are the benefits of using the software?

6. What types of crops is the software designed for? 

Our solutions specialize in high value crops. These types of crops are labor intensive and their profitability depends largely on the efficiency of workers and production processes. This type of crops includes: avocado, blueberries, grapes, asparagus, citrus, mango, pomegranate, raspberries, blackberries, pecans, cherry trees and more.

7. What are the system requirements to run the software? 

• Our mobile application works on any Android or iOS device.
• Our web platform can be accessed through any browser such as Google Chrome or Safari.

Modules
1. What is a module and how does it work?

It is a part of our software with specific functionalities that allow us to solve common use cases in critical areas of the farm management operation. We currently have 5 modules: Plant protection, Irrigation, Workers, Phenology and Packing.

Each of these modules works independently and solves specific needs. The client can implement 1 or more modules according to their needs.

2. What is the purpose of the Plant Protection Module? 

Quickly detect pest and disease problems, optimizing the planning and execution of your applications through the analysis of related information.

3. What is the purpose of the Irrigation Module?  

Reliably process and integrate field information. In addition, provide access to dynamic information to monitor irrigation, fertilization and maintenance, in order to help you make faster and better decisions.

4. What is the purpose of the Workers Module? 

Optimize the management of farm workers, digitizing the registration and execution of work in farms to increase the productivity and quality of life of people in agriculture.

5. What is the purpose of the Phenology Module? 

Reliably process and integrate field information and provide a easy way to monitor the phenological transition. In addition, help you make more accurate yield forecasts.

6. What is the purpose of the Packing Module? 

Provide a new way to view and access reliable, actionable, and real-time information about your packing operations so you can:

• Make timely decisions.
• Efficiently manage the assets involved in the packing operation.
• Guarantee the best quality of the finished products.

Data collection

2. How is the data collected? 

Through cameras, drones, satellites, sensors, current systems and workers through our mobile application.

3. What sensors or devices are required to collect the data?

We use smartphones, satellite constellations, drones, GoPros and we can connect to all types of IOT sensors.

4. How accurate is the data collected?

The data collected has very high precision. Information is collected on the geographic points where the data is taken, the exact time of registration, and the time spent collecting each data point.

The data is extremely precise, however it always has a factor of human error, but not technological.

Data management
1. How is the data stored? 

The data is stored on AWS servers in the cloud with the highest security protocols.

2. What types of files does the software save? 

Our software saves all types of files including Excel, Text, Photos and Images.

3. Can the data be exported to another software or format?

Yes, our software allows you to export files in Excel format or share data lakes so that users can build their own reports if they wish.

4. Is the data safe? 

Yes, the data is stored on AWS servers in the cloud with the highest security protocols with duplicate databases to ensure that no information is lost.

Data analysis
1. What types of analysis does the software perform? 

The software generates analytical reports with the main indicators of farming activities. Our solution is divided into modules that allow us to focus on the main areas of the farming operation and address common use cases. These are the analysis carried out in the different modules:

Plant protection:
Identification of areas with the highest pest and disease presence.
• Tracking and follow up of the pesticide application program.
• Color-coded maps to track the agro-chemical applications, waiting periods, and other factors.

Irrigation:
• Irrigation and fertilization program fulfillment rates at different levels of the farm.
• Total volumes of irrigation and fertilization scheduled and executed at different levels of the farm.
• Irrigation uniformity coefficient value over time.
• Deviation of actual and nominal irrigation flow rates at the valve level.
• Irrigation flow rate deviation by sub-zone and lateral within the irrigation valve.
• Clogged drippers by sub-zone and lateral within the irrigation valve.

Workers:
Buses and trucks occupancy rates.
• Farm entry and exit times.
• Labor costs and expenses by type of activity.

2. How does the software analyze the data?

The data is analyzed in our web application, through reports, maps, alerts and notifications.

3. What algorithms are used to analyze the data?

We use advanced analytics systems such as PowerBI and Data Studio to generate reports that allow agricultural producers to make better decisions, increase the productivity of their work teams and optimize their costs.

4. How accurate are the analysis results? 

The analysis results have very high precision and are used to make critical decisions in any area of the farming operation.

User interface
1. What is the user interface like? 

The solution has 2 interfaces:

a) Cloud interface to view your KPIs and agricultural graphs.
b) Mobile interface for field data collection.

2. How easy is the software to use? 

Our interfaces are simple and intuitive with easy access to the details of the information collected and other sections within the platform such as reports, maps and alerts.

3. What features are available in the user interface?

The interface is extremely flexible, allowing you to create forms to collect all types of information on the agricultural operation, as well as allowing access to use cases and pre-made templates that facilitate the implementation of the software.

4. What types of graphs and charts are available?

Data visualization can be presented in bars, feet, heat maps on maps and all types of chart available in power BI.

Customer support and training
1. What type of support is available?

We have a Customer Success team entirely dedicated to solving the requirements and needs of our clients.

2. Is there any training available? 

Training is included in the implementation we carry out of our software. Likewise, we carry out periodic training for specific requests from our users.

3. What resources are available to help users troubleshoot problems?

We have a website exclusively dedicated to our users where we share training videos, manuals and other information so that users can get the most out of our software solutions.

4. How quickly are problems resolved? 

Our Customer Success team immediately addresses any problem related to our software. If you encounter a problem, these are resolved in a few minutes.

Prices
1. What is the pricing model?

We charge a one-time fee for the implementation of the software and a recurring monthly license for its use. The price depends on the number of modules you want to implement, the number of hectares and the number of users needed.

2. Is there a free trial available?

Due to ad hoc implementation costs for each farm, we cannot offer a free trial.

3. What is the cost of the software?

The cost varies according to the modules that the client wants to implement, the number of hectares of its operation and the number of users who need to access the software. Contact us to evaluate your needs and give you a quote for your specific case.

4. Are there any additional costs, such as support or maintenance fees?

There are hourly costs associated with specific requirements that we currently do not cover and are requested by the client.
